Hoy os presento en el blog un restaurante que, si os gusta la comida oriental tanto como a mí, os va a fascinar.
Hace unos días, Rafa (mi marido) y yo fuimos a cenar a Furusato, un restaurante situado en el centro de Madrid, y la verdad es que salimos encantados. Se trata de un restaurante donde podréis degustar alta cocina oriental, con fuertes influencias de la gastronomía del Sureste Asiático, China y Japón.
Furusato significa «mi pueblo» y hace alusión al hecho de que la comida que se sirve es la original de los países que os acabo de mencionar, comida real y no adaptada a nuestro país, lo cual lo hace aún más interesante, si cabe.
Una de las cosas que más me llamó la atención fue la carta que tiene. Es extensísima! Su plato estrella es el pato laqueado pero tengo que deciros que probamos otros muchos (tempura de verduras, teriyaki de pollo, rollitos vietnamitas, pinchos de solomillo de buey al estilo tibetano, arroz con pollo al curry, BUENÍSIMO por cierto, y tallarines fritos tres delicias) y todos ellos deliciosos.
Furusato tiene capacidad para unos 130 comensales aproximadamente y cuenta con dos parkins gratuitos: en calle Basílica, 24 y Reina Mercedes 15.

Today I present you on the blog a restaurant that, if you like oriental food as much as I do, it will fascinate you.
A few days ago, Rafa (my husband) and I went to dinner at Furusato restaurant and the truth is we loved it. It is a restaurant where you can taste high oriental cuisine, with strong influences of the gastronomy from Southeast Asia, China and Japan.
One of the things that caught my attention was the menu. It is very extensive! Its star dish is the lacquered duck but I have to tell you that we tried many others (vegetable tempura, chicken teriyaki, vietnamese rolls, beef sirloin kebabs in the tibetan style, rice with chicken curry and noodles fried three delicacies) and all them were delicious.
Furusato has capacity for about 130 people and has two free parkins: in calle Basilica, 24 and Reina Mercedes 15.
